Our Approach
Early Intervention & Mobilization
For more than 20 years, LifeCare has been treating patients by admitting them directly from General Acute Care ICU and Critical Care Units as soon as the patient stabilizes. Our patients have multiple, complex medical issues which result in physical deconditioning. Upon admission, the patient is assessed by our team of therapists to determine a plan for early mobilization.
By combining specialized, early critical care with targeted therapeutic treatments, these programs increase strength and functionality resulting in a healing path that includes:
Better Outcomes
Fewer Hospitalizations
Shorter Lengths of Stay
Lower Total Costs
Better Quality of Life
Collaborative Approach. Comprehensive Care.
